As you grow in this role, you'll develop a deep understanding of how effective learning moments and simulations can transform an organization's security culture. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be key in creating engaging, informative features that keeps our users one step ahead of potential threats.
Responsibilities:
- Dive deep into the world of cybersecurity awareness, focusing on single features that have a direct impact on our users' learning experiences.
- Hone your research skills by conducting surveys and interviews, helping us understand the evolving needs of our users in the face of ever-changing security threats.
- Craft functional specifications that bring security awareness scenarios to life, ensuring our features resonate with diverse user personas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn your ideas into reality, seeing your contributions make a tangible difference in our products.
- Learn from industry experts and gain invaluable knowledge about the HRM landscape.
- Manage and provide inputs to the community ideation pipeline, fostering direct customer interaction into product futures.
- Gather, document and refine requirements for the product features; aggregate and enrich feature requests into viable requirements.
- Research product market and interview SMEs to gather insights and draft product roadmap collateral with acquired data.
- Help run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products.
- Manage and facilitate the defect triage process between product, support and engineering.
- Track adoption of features and product utilization
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or equivalent preferred
- Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
- Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
- Experience with ticketing and tracking applications (Zendesk, JIRA, etc…) preferred
- Experience with SDLC methodologies preferred
- Experience with project management preferred
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Excellent time management and organization skills
