The role of the Product Specialist Administrator is to perform routine and specialized administrative duties for the Product Specialist team and support the Sales organization. The Product Specialist team collaborates with the Sales team to support schools across the country as they review Amplify programs for implementation.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Maintain the master schedule of Product Specialist assignments.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Professional Learning and Product Specialist leadership to strategically prioritize resources to support sales and marketing campaigns.
- Plan meetings, regional, state, and local events involving the Product Specialist team.
- Supervise and maintain the assignment database to advise strategic placement, campaign effort, and team expansion.
- Plan meetings, regional, state, and local events involving the Product Specialist team.
- Support other areas of the Sales organization with event planning.
- Support onboarding for newly hired Product Specialists.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in Productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Salesforce, Smartsheet, and Slack
- Experience with event planning
- Ability to travel 10% of the time
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detailed, organized, independent
- Ability to multitask and handle one’s own time well
- K-12 teaching experience preferred
- Educational Technology experience preferred

The gross salary range for this role is $78,500 - $82,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
