Purpose
We are hiring a Strategic Cooperative Partnerships Manager to own and expand CENTEGIX's relationships with cooperative purchasing organizations, GPOs, and state contract vehicles that help accelerate customer access to our life-saving safety solutions. This role serves as the strategic liaison between CENTEGIX, cooperative partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring our contracts are effectively managed, fully leveraged, and positioned to drive growth across education, healthcare, government, and commercial markets.
The Strategic Cooperative Partnerships Manager will be responsible for maximizing the value of existing cooperative agreements, identifying new partnership opportunities, supporting revenue growth through contract utilization, and ensuring compliance with all cooperative purchasing requirements. This individual will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and Marketing to expand market access, strengthen partner relationships, and make it easier for customers to procure and deploy CENTEGIX solutions.
Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the supplier/vendor side of cooperative purchasing, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to translate strategic partnerships into measurable business results. Position Responsibilities
- Own and manage CENTEGIX's relationships with cooperative purchasing organizations, GPOs, and state contract vehicles, serving as the primary point of contact for all contract-related activities.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop, maintain, and optimize product, pricing, and contract information across cooperative purchasing and GPO agreements.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to identify, evaluate, and secure new cooperative purchasing, GPO, and state contract opportunities that expand market access and accelerate customer acquisition.
- Develop strategies to maximize utilization of existing cooperative contracts and increase awareness of CENTEGIX solutions among cooperative members and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all contract terms, reporting requirements, administrative fees, rebate programs, and participation obligations associated with cooperative purchasing and GPO agreements.
- Manage ongoing reporting and performance metrics for cooperative purchasing organizations, GPOs, and state contract vehicles in partnership with Accounting and Sales Operations.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for contract, rebate, participation, and compliance-related inquiries from cooperative and GPO partners.
- Partner with Accounting to reconcile contract activity, administrative fees, rebates, and any discrepancies related to cooperative purchasing agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at organizations such as Sourcewell, OMNIA Partners, TIPS, BuyBoard, PEPPM, NASPO ValuePoint, and other strategic purchasing organizations.
- Represent CENTEGIX at industry conferences, cooperative purchasing events, and partner meetings to strengthen relationships and identify new growth opportunities.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or other related field.
- 4+ years of experience managing Group Purchasing Organization (GPO), Cooperative Purchasing, Channel, Contract Vehicle, or Strategic Partner relationships from the supplier/vendor side.
- Experience supporting sales teams by leveraging cooperative purchasing contracts to accelerate customer acquisition and shorten procurement cycles.
- Experience owning and managing supplier agreements with organizations such as Sourcewell, OMNIA Partners, TIPS, BuyBoard, PEPPM, NASPO ValuePoint, or similar purchasing cooperatives strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of cooperative purchasing organizations, GPOs, and state contract vehicles from the supplier/vendor perspective, including experience leveraging these relationships to drive revenue growth and expand market access.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of E-Procurment tools.
- Strong organizational and process development skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain cross functional relationships.
- The ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with our partner organizations.
