Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Need strong knowledge of Skyward's products, competitive differentiators, and a collaborative mindset with cross-team work experience.

Compensation: $22–$24/hr

Job Description

Job Title: RFP Specialist

Location: Stevens Point, WI - Corporate Office 

Starting wage: $22.11 - $24.32 (wage commensurate with experience)

Skyward is hiring an RFP Specialist to join our collaborative sales team. In this role, you’ll partner with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to create compelling, compliant RFP responses for the K-12 market. You’ll analyze requirements, write clear and persuasive content, and maintain standardized proposal materials aligned with company messaging.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop clear, concise, and compelling responses to RFPs
  • Review and interpret customer requirements to ensure full compliance
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather content and meet deadlines
  • Edit and proofread proposals for accuracy, consistency, tone, and readability
  • Maintain and update proposal content libraries and standard documentation
  • Ensure alignment with company messaging and branding
  • Manage proposal timelines and ensure on-time submission of all materials
  • Build strong knowledge of Skyward’s products and competitive differentiators

What you’ll need:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree—or equivalent experience
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams
  • Creative thinking combined with analytical problem-solving
