Summary
CodePath is seeking an experienced Grant Manager to support fundraising efforts through grant writing and proposal development for a remote contract role. The position involves researching funding opportunities and crafting compelling proposals that align with funder priorities to advance CodePath's mission as a systems change leader in AI-native technical talent pipeline development.
Key Responsibilities: The Grant Manager will research and identify funding opportunities, write and submit high-quality grant proposals and reports, ensure timely compliance with funder requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and program outcomes. Key duties include managing grant calendars, synthesizing organizational data into compelling narratives, and maintaining the master grant template language.
Skills & Tools: Required skills include strong grant writing and proposal development abilities, excellent communication and storytelling, data management proficiency with CRM tools (particularly HubSpot), and the ability to translate organizational vision into strategic grant proposals. Technical proficiency and knowledge of the nonprofit sector are important advantages.
Qualifications: Candidates must have 5-7 years of grant writing experience and a Bachelor's Degree in English or Communications is preferred. Demonstrated experience in the nonprofit sector and familiarity with grant compliance and reporting processes are essential.
Location: Remote, United States
Compensation: $72,000 – $90,000/year
