Role Snapshot

Technical Business Analyst role at Amplify Education responsible for bridging technology and business strategy to drive product improvements and operational efficiency. This position analyzes business requirements and translates them into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, analyze data to identify process improvements, and collaborate with technical teams on solution implementation. Conduct testing, create documentation, and support system implementations.
Skills & Tools: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field with 2-5 years of business analysis or related experience. Experience with SQL, business process documentation, and familiarity with educational technology is preferred.
Location: Remote - United States
Compensation: $75K–$95K/yr (estimated)
