Senior Strategy Associate at Pluralsight develops and executes strategic initiatives that drive business growth and competitive advantage. This role focuses on analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and supporting executive leadership in strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: Conducts market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning, develops business cases and recommendations for new initiatives, and collaborates cross-functionally to implement strategic projects. Supports senior leadership with data-driven insights and monitors key performance metrics.
Skills & Tools: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related field with 3-5 years of strategy, business development, or consulting experience. MBA or equivalent strategic experience preferred.
