Summary
Director of Content Marketing at Axonify responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive content strategy that drives brand storytelling and revenue across multiple channels. This hands-on leadership role combines strategic vision with creative execution, building a high-performing content team while aligning initiatives with go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end content engine including strategy, brand voice, editorial guidelines, and visual identity across all marketing assets. Manage content team and freelancers, create multi-format content, develop full-funnel strategies aligned with revenue goals, collaborate cross-functionally on GTM initiatives, and drive content performance optimization through KPIs and iterative testing.
Skills & Tools: Strong background in content marketing leadership, exceptional written communication, proficiency with CMS platforms, GA4 analytics, and SEO best practices. Must demonstrate expertise in full-funnel content strategy, brand storytelling, design systems, team management, and data-driven performance optimization.
Qualifications: 8–10+ years of B2B SaaS content marketing experience with proven ability to drive measurable revenue results. Requires demonstrated success in team management, developing positioning and messaging, and scaling content production across multiple formats and channels.
Location: Hybrid in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada or Hybrid in Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Compensation: CA$120,000 – CA$180,000/year
