Summary

The Dance Events Manager coordinates and executes large-scale dance events for WorldStrides, working closely with the Director of Dance Events to create memorable experiences for youth participants across multiple programs including Disney, Broadway, and competition events.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the full event planning process including costume ordering and vendor liaison with Weissmans, waiver collection and compliance, performance coordination with music and technical preparation, and logistics such as itinerary creation, travel document assembly, and ticket management.
Skills & Tools: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, vendor management abilities, and proficiency with event planning tools and documentation; passion for performing arts and event management is essential.
Qualifications: Detail-oriented and flexible individual with enthusiasm for performing arts and event management; prior event coordination or related experience in managing logistics and vendor relationships is beneficial.
Location: Hybrid in Allentown, Pennsylvania, United States (on-site, remote, and virtual options available)
Compensation: $45,000 – $65,000/year
