Summary

Lead a team of Customer Success Consultants at Cengage, driving customer satisfaction and retention through strategic account management and team development. This remote role is critical to ensuring clients maximize value from Cengage's educational solutions.

Skills & Tools: Strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, proficiency in customer success metrics and processes, and ability to motivate and develop team members.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related field, plus proven experience managing and mentoring teams. Experience in the education or SaaS industry is preferred.
Location: Remote with 2 location options
