Summary

Support learners in becoming entry-level IT technicians at Per Scholas by assisting the lead instructor with classroom management, curriculum review, and hands-on teaching in a fast-paced training environment.

Key Responsibilities: Assist with grading assessments, managing Learning Management Systems, updating student progress data, and monitoring classroom operations including attendance and engagement. Manage inventory, prepare daily agendas, and provide real-time classroom support by monitoring technical functionality, student behavior, and test administration.
Skills & Tools: CompTIA A+ Certification knowledge, strong verbal and written communication, ability to teach interactively and hands-on, classroom management, and proficiency in data entry and Salesforce software.
Qualifications: Must hold CompTIA A+ Certification and possess the ability to teach in an interactive style with passion for education; teaching experience is a plus. Must be able to frequently lift 50lbs.
Location: Los Angeles, California, United States
Compensation: $40,000 – $45,760/year
