Role Snapshot
Lead recruitment efforts for Reading Partners' AmeriCorps program, managing the recruitment of 250+ AmeriCorps members annually across eight regions while building strategic community partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Recruit and manage 250+ diverse AmeriCorps members annually, develop and execute strategic recruitment plans with goals and benchmarks, and engage 2,000+ leads through targeted communication to generate 2,400+ applications yearly. Manage AmeriCorps job postings across platforms, oversee the national recruitment budget, work with regional teams on localized strategies, and track recruitment data for continuous improvement.
Skills & Tools: Demonstrated experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with strong stakeholder management and project management abilities, combined with superior written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Suite, along with ability to manage multiple initiatives across three time zones.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include 2-4 years of recruitment experience and familiarity with AmeriCorps programs. A bachelor's degree is typically required, though not explicitly stated in the posting.
