Summary
Strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy and operations for The Princeton Review and Tutor.com, reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a key member of the executive leadership team. This pivotal role shapes the organization's financial future and ensures fiscal discipline across all business units.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee all financial management including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, treasury, and compliance while managing business operations such as corporate real estate and supply chain. Partner with the CEO and executive team to provide data-driven financial insights and support strategic decision-making across departments.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in financial planning, accounting, compliance, and operational efficiency with strong leadership and communication abilities. Skilled in data-driven decision-making and strategic financial analysis.
Qualifications: 15+ years of leadership experience in corporate finance, preferably in multi-unit or service-based organizations with a proven track record in driving strategic growth. Demonstrated ability to manage finance teams effectively and lead complex financial operations.
Location: Remote, United States
Compensation: $280,000 – $325,000/year
