Summary

Contract-based Sales Trainer role supporting a global client's sales leadership development in Italy. The position blends hands-on sales training delivery with coaching of sales leaders in the computer hardware sector.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver impactful group sales training sessions (including virtual facilitation via Zoom) tailored to computer hardware sales professionals, and mentor sales leaders on soft skills development. Coach and support sales teams in B2B computer hardware sales strategies targeting senior and C-suite executives.
Skills & Tools: Expert facilitation and training delivery with proven ability to enhance soft skills in sales teams. Deep B2B sales acumen in computer hardware, printers, and laptops, combined with virtual training platform proficiency and leadership coaching capabilities.
Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of hands-on group sales training delivery specifically in computer hardware sales, plus demonstrated sales leadership experience managing a sales team in the sector. Proven track record of direct B2B computer hardware sales to large organizations and executive-level clients.
Location: Rome, Emilia-Romagna, Italy (in-person, face-to-face)
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is €35,000 – €55,000/year based on contract, seniority, and location.

Infopro Learning has immediate contract opportunities for experienced Sales Trainers to support one of our top global Clients!


Are you a dynamic sales facilitator with a proven track record in computer hardware sales to large organizations? We are seeking a seasoned professional to join us for this project who brings direct experience in B2B sales of computers, printers, and laptops. As a qualified candidate, you not only have a successful history of selling computer hardware solutions to senior and C-suite level executives but have also demonstrated your leadership prowess by managing a Sales Team within the computer hardware sector.


Beyond individual sales experience, you also have a minimum of 5 years of experience delivering impactful group sales training, specifically tailored for those engaged in the sale of computers. You have experience leading virtual group sales training sessions, utilizing platforms like Zoom, and your passion for enhancing the soft skills of sales leaders sets you apart.
