Director of Application Services to manage and optimize the Colleague ERP SaaS system at Victor Valley College, ensuring efficient operations, data integrity, and support for student enrollment and institutional success.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee SaaS application governance including license tracking and compliance monitoring, manage Colleague ERP implementation and upgrades, provide user support and training, conduct business analysis, and manage vendor relationships while leading onsite staff.
Skills & Tools: 8+ years of higher education experience with deep expertise in Colleague ERP system in SaaS environments, strong project management, business analysis, and communication abilities, plus familiarity with California MIS reporting requirements.
Qualifications: 8+ years in higher education with demonstrated expertise managing Colleague ERP systems; bachelor's degree preferred with knowledge of SaaS application governance and higher education institutional operations.
Location: Victor Valley College, California
Compensation: $120K–$180K/yr
