We are looking for an experienced professional with deep expertise in enterprise Workforce Transformation to join as a founding member of our Customer Success team. You’ll be the strategic partner our customers trust to navigate their workforce transformation journey, guiding them to realise tangible outcomes with TechWolf.

What you’ll do:
You’ll drive high retention and customer satisfaction, by ensuring clients achieve maximum value with our platform and achieve their goals. You’ll:
Be a Trusted advisor: strategically guide senior executives through their workforce transformation journeys, addressing specific challenges like upskilling and reskilling, internal mobility and strategic workforce planning.
Own the client’s value journey: clearly define and implement success plans aligned with customer priorities and tailored to their context, ensuring they consistently achieve their business goals. Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with sales teams to drive upsells.
Build long-term relationships: develop customer advocates and maintain multi-level client relationships, ensuring alignment and trust with key decision-makers and champions.
Be the internal voice of the customer: convert customer insights into strategic inputs for our Product, Professional Services and Sales teams, fuelling continuous improvement.
Proactively manage account health and renewals: continuously monitor and address risks, mobilizing internal teams proactively to maintain exceptional client value and satisfaction.
Customer Success Pioneer: as a foundational member, help shape TechWolf’s approach to customer success from the ground up.
