You’ll collaborate extensively with partners and cross-functionally with teams at Figma to drive meaningful impact for Figma, our partners, and users—helping shape how millions of people experience and extend Figma’s platform.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
- Manage and support a portfolio of ~50 technology partners through scalable engagement programs that help partners succeed and drive value for Figma’s users
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, triaging questions, and connecting partners with the right internal teams across product, marketing, operations, and enablement
- Develop and operationalize scalable systems such as newsletters, FAQs, and enablement resources to keep partners informed and aligned with Figma’s product roadmap and priorities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and events teams to spotlight partners across the Figma ecosystem, including Config and Figma Community initiatives
- Measure and improve partner engagement, satisfaction, and overall program health by designing repeatable processes and clear success metrics
- Contribute partner insights back to product and business development teams to help shape platform improvements and future ecosystem strategy
- Experiment and iterate on new programs that make it easier for developers and integration partners to innovate on top of Figma
- Champion partner and user needs internally, balancing business impact with customer experience to ensure our ecosystem continues to thrive
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in a SaaS or technology company, with at least 2 years in partnerships, ecosystem programs, partner enablement, or a technical, customer facing role
- Strong communication skills—you can clearly explain both business and technical concepts to diverse audiences and write with clarity and warmth
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams such as product, marketing, sales, and operations
- Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to plan, coordinate, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to focus on operational excellence—you love improving processes, building templates, and creating scalable systems that make everyone’s lives easier
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
- Experience supporting developer or technology partner ecosystems—for example, through app marketplaces, integrations, or API programs
- A background or passion for design tools, developer platforms, or SaaS ecosystems
- Prior experience managing communications or enablement at scale, such as newsletters, webinars, or resource hubs
