Summary
The Vice President, Network Growth leads strategic expansion of Common App's partnership network and member institutions to increase access to higher education for diverse, underrepresented student populations. This leadership role focuses on growing market reach into community colleges, regional institutions, and new learner communities while driving the organization's mission of equity and access.
Key Responsibilities: Strategically identify and cultivate new markets such as community colleges and regional state institutions, establish student reach partnerships with school districts and national CBOs, and broaden engagement with underserved learner populations including community college and transfer students. Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Strategy, Product, and Constituent Engagement teams to ensure network partners derive value from Common App.
Skills & Tools: 12+ years of business growth, partnership design and execution, and/or sales experience in postsecondary education; 10+ years of leadership experience; excellent strategic planning, communication, and partnership development abilities with deep knowledge of higher education trends and complex education systems.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Higher Education, or relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 12+ years of business growth and partnership experience in postsecondary education with 10+ years of leadership experience required.

Compensation: $215Kโ$238K/yr
