Summary

Lead employer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies for Riipen's marketplace platform, leveraging AI and automation to drive sustainable growth while ensuring high-quality student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: Own the full employer lifecycle from acquisition through retention, build and execute scalable growth strategies, oversee employer matching and engagement optimization, and lead a high-performing growth team focused on data-driven decision-making and performance marketing.
Skills & Tools: 10+ years of marketplace management experience with proven success in two-sided marketplace acquisition and retention strategies, strong data analytics capabilities, and expertise in product marketing and cross-functional leadership.
Qualifications: 10+ years of marketplace management experience required; experience in EdTech, Workforce Development, or SaaS industries is preferred but marketplace expertise is the primary focus.
Location: Remote (Canada or US)
Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000/year
