Summary
The Agentic Sales Lead promotes AI-native hiring solutions to HR leaders at Eightfold, managing the full sales cycle and conducting live technology demonstrations while achieving sales targets in a fast-growing market.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound sales efforts, manage full sales cycles from prospecting through close, deliver live AI demonstrations, and maintain pipeline management using Salesforce. Partner on enterprise deals, gather market intelligence, and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets while becoming an AI expert.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication abilities to translate technical AI concepts into business value, genuine excitement about AI technology, natural curiosity, competitive drive, intellectual agility, and comfort with ambiguity in fast-moving environments.
Qualifications: 1-3 years of inside sales, SDR/BDR, or customer-facing experience with exceptional recent graduates strongly encouraged to apply. Requires genuine interest in AI, resilience, grit, and ability to thrive in rapidly evolving environments.
Location: Hybrid in Santa Clara, California, United States (remote with potential for office visits)
Compensation: $70,000 β $120,000/year
