Summary

Join Minga as a Customer Support Representative to support a mission-driven edtech team that enhances the education experience for students. This role offers an opportunity to kickstart your tech career while providing technical support and guidance to customers.

Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels, troubleshoot technical issues, guide customers through product features, and host live training sessions. Document interactions in HubSpot, collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues, and proactively identify patterns to improve support processes.
Skills & Tools: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot). Working knowledge of Zoom, ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and experience managing multiple time zones.
Qualifications: 1-2 years of technical customer support experience in a SaaS environment with experience in 1:1 virtual support. Experience handling customer inquiries across email, chat, and phone channels.
Location: Hybrid in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada
Compensation: CA$40,000 – CA$55,000/year
