Minga is seeking a Marketing Ops Coordinator to support the scale of their go-to-market engine and ensure alignment with revenue goals. This role requires hands-on execution in managing marketing tools, data accuracy, and operational support in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operational support for marketing tools, maintain accurate marketing data, support campaign launches, and generate marketing insights through reporting.
Skills: 1-3 years experience in Marketing Ops or a similar role, hands-on experience with CRMs, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with attribution models and funnel metrics.
Qualifications: Experience supporting B2B SaaS or revenue teams, basic SQL or spreadsheet modeling skills, and comfort with building workflows and reports.
Location: The position is based in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada, but remote candidates from the West Coast are welcome to apply.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $50,000 - $70,000.

As a Marketing Operations Coordinator at Minga, you’ll support and scale our go-to-market engine. This role sits within Revenue Operations and works closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure our marketing systems, data, and processes work cleanly, consistently, and at scale.
This is not a content or campaign strategy role.
This is a hands-on execution role for someone who enjoys systems, workflows, data accuracy, and making things run properly behind the scenes.
You’ll report directly to the Senior Revenue Operations Manager
and play a key role in keeping Marketing execution aligned with revenue goals.
What You’ll Do
Marketing Systems & Execution
- Own day-to-day operational support for marketing tools (primarily Hubspot CRM + marketing automation)
- Build, QA, and maintain workflows for:Lead capture
- Lead routing
- Lifecycle stage updates
- Campaign attribution
- Support campaign launches by ensuring tracking, forms, and automation are set up correctly before anything goes live
Data Hygiene & Governance
- Maintain clean, accurate marketing data (Lead Source, Sub-Source, Campaigns, UTMs, etc.)
- Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and process breaks and fix them
- Support ongoing CRM audits and documentation of best practices
Reporting & Insights
- Help maintain marketing dashboards and recurring reports (leads, MQLs, funnel conversion, campaign performance)
- Validate data accuracy before reports are shared with leadership
- Answer ad-hoc questions from Marketing with data, not guesses
Cross-Functional Support
- Partner with Marketing to operationalize new ideas without breaking existing systems
- Work with Sales Ops and CS Ops to ensure smooth handoffs and shared definitions
- Support Revenue Ops initiatives related to funnel visibility and attribution
What We Require
- 1–3 years experience in Marketing Ops, RevOps, Sales Ops, or a similar operational role
- Hands-on experience with a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail, you notice when things don’t add up
- Comfort working with workflows, forms, properties, and reports
- Ability to follow defined processes and flag when they don’t make sense
- Experience supporting B2B SaaS or a revenue team
- Familiarity with attribution models, UTMs, and funnel metrics
- Basic SQL, spreadsheet modeling, or dashboarding experience
- Exposure to tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, or BI tools
