Summary
Marketing Operations Coordinator at Minga will support and scale the company's go-to-market engine by managing marketing tools, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring alignment with revenue goals. This hands-on execution role sits within Revenue Operations and works closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
Key Responsibilities: Own day-to-day operational support for HubSpot CRM and marketing automation, including building workflows for lead capture, routing, and attribution. Maintain clean marketing data, support campaign launches, generate reporting and insights, and partner cross-functionally to operationalize new initiatives.
Skills & Tools: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), strong attention to detail, and comfort with workflows, forms, and reporting. Basic SQL or spreadsheet modeling skills, familiarity with attribution models and funnel metrics, and ability to work in collaborative environments.
Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, Sales Ops, or similar operational role. Experience supporting B2B SaaS or revenue teams preferred.
Location: Hybrid in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada (remote candidates from West Coast welcome)
Compensation: CA$50,000 – CA$70,000/year
