Role Snapshot
Join Amii as an Instructional Designer for a 7-month term to create engaging AI and machine learning curriculum in a collaborative environment. You'll leverage pedagogical expertise to develop high-quality, accessible learning content that drives learner success and supports team efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain curriculum that enhances learner engagement, applies universal design principles, and supports multiple delivery formats including blended learning and micro-credentials. Utilize rapid authoring tools to create e-learning content, collaborate on problem-solving approaches, and identify opportunities to improve team efficiency and resource management.
Skills & Tools: Strong instructional design expertise with proficiency in eLearning tools such as Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline) and D2L Brightspace. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and proven ability to prioritize and meet project deadlines in fast-paced technical environments.
Qualifications: Post-secondary degree in Education, Machine Learning, or related field with 3+ years of instructional design experience. Demonstrated experience developing and delivering curriculum, designing learning exercises, and creating training and evaluation tools.

Compensation: CA$65K–CA$85K/yr
