Summary
Email Marketing Strategist at WGU Academy leads marketing email campaigns and engagement programs to communicate with students throughout their educational journey. The role focuses on optimizing campaign performance through data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and report on multiple ongoing and ad-hoc marketing email campaigns monthly, communicate with stakeholders on requirements and execution, and build out engagement programs in Marketo. Optimize campaigns using performance data and competitive analysis, maintain email libraries, and provide monthly performance reports using multiple platforms.
Skills & Tools: Expert proficiency with Marketo platform, strong data analysis and email testing capabilities, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and critical design eye. Excellent communication skills, knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Tableau, HTML familiarity, and strategic thinking are essential.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of marketing experience. Marketo certification is preferred; bilingual candidates are also considered.
Location: Hybrid in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States
Compensation: $66,300 – $99,500/year
