Summary
Lead the orchestration of post-sale delivery strategies for BetterUp's largest strategic clients, managing end-to-end platform implementation and ensuring superior client outcomes. Act as the primary point of contact for all client service delivery needs across executive, operational, and technical levels.
Skills & Tools: 5+ years in software/service delivery with enterprise SaaS deployment experience, excellent communication and project management capabilities, strong risk management expertise, and knowledge of scrum/agile methodologies. Ability to proactively identify risks and advise executive-level clients.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in software or service delivery roles with proven success managing enterprise SaaS deployments. Experience advising and building relationships with executive-level clients and knowledge of agile/scrum methodologies.
Location: Hybrid in Austin, Texas, United States (must be available at office hub at least 2 days per week or 8 days per month)
Compensation: $129,000 – $162,000 / annually
