Location: This is a fully remote position with less than 5% travel required.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $70,000 - $120,000.

This is a fully remote position.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify qualified candidates to maintain internal talent.
- Create a meaningful and positive hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers, initiating strong relationships from the start.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and departmental culture, and collaborate on effective hiring strategies.
- Take full ownership of recruitment strategies, matching candidates to role requirements, and making informed recommendations for advancement to hiring managers.
- Optimize the ATS system to streamline processes and enhance recruiting efficiency.
- Act as a self-starter, proactively managing your workload and taking ownership of recruiting outcomes.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, coordinating communication with candidates, and hiring managers throughout the process.
- Exercise independent judgment in determining job posting placement and developing strategies to maximize visibility and reach for each role.
What We Are Looking For:
- 3–7 years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting, ideally within fast-growing, high-growth companies.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
- Strong passion for building high-performing, collaborative teams.
- Experience recruiting across diverse functions, including Engineering, Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Support.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and tackle complex recruiting challenges.
- A positive, goal-driven, and team-oriented mindset in all aspects of work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Track record of executing efficiently and successfully moving top-quality candidates through the hiring process.
