Summary
Director of Team & Culture will lead the human resources function and foster a strong organizational culture aligned with The Art of Education University's mission. This remote, full-time role emphasizes strategic leadership, talent acquisition, and operational excellence.
Skills & Tools: Strong strategic thinking, project management, and recruitment expertise with high emotional intelligence and familiarity with HRIS platforms (particularly Paycom). Experience leading in remote-first environments is preferred.
Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience with at least 4 years in a leadership role, preferably in remote-first organizations. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and HR certification are preferred but not required.
Location: Remote from the USA; reports to AOEU HQ in Osage, IA 50461
