Role Snapshot
Join SPG Therapy & Education as an Occupational Therapist to empower children and families through skilled pediatric therapy in a collaborative, school-based and clinic environment. This role offers the opportunity to deliver direct therapy, conduct assessments, and mentor future OT professionals.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct therapy and conduct assessments for children in school-based and clinic settings, collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams, maintain detailed compliant documentation, and provide supervision and mentorship to OT fieldwork students.
Skills & Tools: Strong clinical skills, effective communication, ability to thrive in collaborative multidisciplinary teams, and a warm, client-centered approach to pediatric therapy. Must demonstrate a passion for supporting children and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Qualifications: Valid California OT license (or eligibility to obtain one) and a Master's Degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy. Experience in school-based and pediatric settings is preferred.
Location: Paramount, California
Compensation: $60–$72/hr
