Summary

The Partner Success Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for educators using Curriculum Associates' products, providing proactive implementation support and ensuring successful program adoption. The role focuses on supporting a high volume of small implementations while maximizing educator satisfaction and account renewals.

Key Responsibilities: Key duties include providing proactive implementation support, onboarding accounts efficiently, analyzing implementation health data to identify concerns, assisting educators with student performance data analysis in i-Ready, and supporting account renewals and product expansion opportunities. The specialist utilizes efficiency tools and CRM systems to deliver responsive, scalable support to assigned educator accounts.
Skills & Tools: Required skills include strong communication and interpersonal abilities, customer service expertise, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Basic proficiency with Excel data manipulation and familiarity with educational technology platforms is also needed.
Qualifications: An Associate's Degree or equivalent experience is required, along with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or education-related roles. A Bachelor's Degree and additional experience are preferred but not mandatory.
Location: Remote from California, United States, supporting Pacific Standard hours with occasional travel up to 10% required.
Compensation: $43,375 – $70,875 / annually
