Summary
Senior Reporting Analyst role at BetterUp driving partner-facing analytics and reporting while building scalable processes for the data analytics function. Will deliver actionable insights on license utilization, engagement, satisfaction, and performance metrics through proactive reporting and structured intake processes.
Key Responsibilities: Manage analytics requests, triage and prioritize request queues, and design comprehensive reports on license utilization and engagement metrics. Lead offshore analyst resources, leverage AI tools for analysis automation, and establish frameworks for scalable analytics delivery.
Skills & Tools: Expert-level data visualization skills, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, strong understanding of data systems and flows, and project management capabilities. Comfortable with AI and agentic workflows to accelerate analysis and automate routine reporting.
Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in data analytics with background in SaaS or HR tech environments. Familiarity with customer success metrics and understanding of data governance frameworks required.
Location: Hybrid in Austin, Texas, United States (expected in-office 2 days per week or 8 days per month; limited remote exceptions evaluated on business need)
Compensation: $136,800 – $188,100 / annually
