Summary
Director of Strategy & Operations role leading the expansion of Stepful's national network of 6,000+ clinical partners to enhance educational experiences for students pursuing allied healthcare careers. This position is critical to building a key pillar of Stepful's growth story in the high-growth EdTech sector.
Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of 5+ FTEs managing partnerships with 6,000+ clinical partners nationwide, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, activation, retention, and expansion of partnerships. Develop initiatives to improve partner engagement and student externship experiences, monitor key metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally with learning, product, sales, and customer success teams.
Skills & Tools: 10+ years of operational and consulting experience with strong commercial acumen, team management, and analytical problem-solving abilities. Expertise in scaling marketplaces, high-growth startup environments, and preferably familiarity with education and healthcare industries.
Qualifications: 10+ years of operational and consulting experience required; experience in high-growth startups, scaling marketplaces, and knowledge of education and healthcare industries preferred. Background in relationship management and cross-functional collaboration is essential.
Location: 408 Broadway, New York, New York, United States; hybrid working arrangement
Compensation: $190,000 β $210,000 / annually
