Summary
The Success Lead promotes effective implementation of Great Minds educational curricula in the Dallas/Fort Worth area by building and managing partnerships with school districts. This role focuses on enhancing student learning outcomes through strategic curriculum adoption and implementation support.
Skills & Tools: Strong background in education with leadership and instructional coaching expertise, proficiency in Great Minds curricula, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and collaborative teamwork skills.
Qualifications: At least 7 years of experience in education with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience with educational consulting and prior implementation of Great Minds curricula highly valued.
Location: Hybrid in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, United States with up to 50% travel required within the region.
Compensation: $95,000 – $100,000 / annually
