Summary
Manager of Go-To-Market Financial Planning & Analysis who serves as the key finance business partner to Sales and GTM leaders, enabling data-driven decision-making to optimize revenue growth. The role focuses on leading financial planning, budgeting, performance management, and providing strategic insights to inform investment decisions.
Skills & Tools: Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis with advanced proficiency in financial modeling and excellent communication skills. Ability to influence decision-making at senior levels and coach non-finance leaders in real-time decision-making.
Qualifications: Over 7 years of experience in FP&A roles. Preferred experience in Go-To-Market functions and ability to translate complex financial analysis into actionable business insights.
Location: Fully remote, no in-office requirement (based in Washington, District of Columbia, United States)
Compensation: $115,000 – $129,000 / annually
