Role Snapshot
Handshake is seeking Recreational Therapists for a flexible, remote, project-based opportunity to evaluate AI models in therapeutic contexts. This role leverages professional experience to assess AI responses and provide structured feedback to enhance model accuracy in recreational therapy applications.
Skills & Tools: At least 4 years of professional experience designing and implementing therapeutic activities such as sports, music, and art. Ability to monitor and document patient progress, communicate effectively with medical teams, and provide structured feedback on AI-generated content.
Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of professional experience in recreational therapy or therapeutic activities with demonstrated ability to design interventions and evaluate treatment outcomes. Experience in collaborative medical settings preferred.
Location: San Antonio, Texas
Compensation: $75/hr
