Summary
Learning Experience Manager at Stepful overseeing curriculum development and content delivery for nursing programs in allied healthcare education. The role drives meaningful learning outcomes for underserved communities through data-driven program enhancements.
Skills & Tools: 5+ years in program management or curriculum development with knowledge of healthcare/nursing education. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities required.
Qualifications: Experience in EdTech, instructional design, and supporting adult learners online preferred, ideally in a startup environment. Background in allied healthcare education is advantageous.
Location: On-site at 408 Broadway, New York, New York, United States with no remote work option
Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000 / annually
