Summary
Join Tutored by Teachers as a Ground Support Contractor to ensure seamless tutoring experiences by assisting students and troubleshooting technology issues in Nashville schools. This on-site role directly supports the company's mission to advance educational equity across Metro Nashville Public Schools.
Key Responsibilities: Support students in logging into the Tutored by Teachers platform, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure classroom technology is functional and ready for use. Collaborate with school staff and communicate regularly with Engagement Managers to maintain smooth program implementation.
Skills & Tools: Strong technology skills with ability to troubleshoot tech issues efficiently on Chromebooks and iPads, and proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meets. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with dependability and a passion for education.
Qualifications: Former classroom teacher or classroom experience with dependable work ethic and commitment to on-site work during school hours. Valid driver's license, access to a car, and ability to travel independently to multiple school sites.
Location: On-site in Nashville, Tennessee, United States across multiple schools in the Metro Nashville Public Schools area.
Compensation: $15.00 – $25.00/hour
