Role Snapshot

Business Development Representative at Relias focused on driving new business opportunities in healthcare by identifying and developing client relationships that improve clinical and financial outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and follow-up on marketing leads, while scheduling and coordinating executive meetings with decision makers. Manage client relationships, qualify marketing leads, exceed KPI targets, and collaborate with sales partners and internal teams to acquire new clients and foster long-term relationships.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication and collaboration abilities with proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce. Time management skills and strategic thinking required to manage multiple prospects and territories effectively.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent required with 2+ years of business development or sales experience. Documented success in a previous sales role is preferred.

Compensation: $50K–$75K/yr

YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE: 

  • 2+ years business development/sales experience with a documented record of accomplishment of success

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:

Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 30 days/quarter.
