Role Snapshot
The Relationship Manager for the Southeast United States region champions customer advocacy and satisfaction by building strong relationships, maximizing product utilization, and driving sales growth for Vernier Science Education.
Key Responsibilities: Manage sales processes, advocate for customer needs, provide proactive support and training, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for upselling and expansion of service offerings.
Skills & Tools: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, sales acumen, project management expertise, ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions, and passion for science education.
Qualifications: Master's degree or equivalent experience with 4-10 years of related experience in customer success or sales, with demonstrated passion for science education and excellent customer service skills.
Location: Beaverton, Oregon
Compensation: $75K–$110K/yr
