Summary
Lead the strategic adoption and transformation of AI across Amplify Education to drive productivity and operational efficiency. This remote Senior Director role reports to the CIO and oversees an internal AI team partnering with business and technology leaders to identify, prioritize, and implement high-impact AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Lead an internal AI transformation team to identify and implement AI initiatives that improve productivity, quality, and efficiency while establishing governance frameworks and measuring ROI. Serve as internal AI champion, evaluate vendor landscapes, manage discovery engagements, and collaborate with business leaders to align quarterly roadmaps with AI priorities.
Skills & Tools: 10+ years of leadership experience in transformation or technology roles with deep understanding of AI tools and emerging technologies. Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities, with capability to manage cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or IT-related field required. Experience in K-12 EdTech or publishing industry preferred.
Location: Remote, United States (no travel required)
Compensation: $190,000 – $210,000 / annually
