This role bridges Enrollment Operations and engineering teams to drive the AI Enrollment Advisor project and expand access to online education.

Key Responsibilities: Develop conversation flows using NLP tools (Hugging Face Transformers) to address student inquiries, serve as liaison between Enrollment Operations and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, and monitor AI performance through testing and model updates. Drive the AI Enrollment Advisor project timeline, coordinate with engineering for scalability and reliability, and engage with prospective students during user testing.

Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Python, React, and NLP tools; strong understanding of algorithms, project management, and Agile methodologies; excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Experience with tech stacks including FastAPI, PostgreSQL, AWS, and familiarity with FERPA and NWCCU compliance standards is beneficial.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (computer science, data science, education technology, or similar) with 3+ years of experience in education technology or AI customer support. Preferred qualifications include experience in admissions, Spanish language skills, and background in EdTech or student-facing AI systems.

Location: Hybrid in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States (no remote options available)

Compensation: $73,000 – $109,400/year
