Description

Job Summary:

The Lead Qualifier contacts Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), assess their needs, and schedule appointments with our sales team. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Contact MQLs via phone and email to initiate conversations.
  • Qualify leads using criteria like Budget, Authority, Need, and Timing (BANT).
  • Schedule meetings with sales reps for qualified leads, ensuring a smooth handoff.
  • Update CRM with accurate lead details and qualification notes.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and sales on lead quality.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Experience with CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.

Education & Experience:

  1. Associate’s degree in related field preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
