Summary

Associate Learner Support Representative assists new and prospective students in navigating the Sophia Learning platform, providing technical support and ensuring a smooth learning experience. The role is critical in helping students with account management, course navigation, and troubleshooting while escalating complex issues to internal teams.

Skills & Tools: Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zendesk, and general computer literacy. Must be able to troubleshoot technical issues and work efficiently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Qualifications: High school diploma required; preferred candidates have 1+ years of contact center or admin experience, particularly in education or academia. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Zendesk is expected.
