Summary
Lead the assessment development function at WGU as a senior subject matter expert and mentor, driving innovation in assessment methodologies and emerging technologies. Bridge expertise gaps and establish best practices to ensure assessment developers create reliable, valid, and innovative assessments.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in assessment design, advanced understanding of emerging technologies, strong mentoring abilities, and project management skills required. Leadership capability in establishing best practices and bridging technical expertise with practical adoption.
Qualifications: Master's degree in relevant field preferred. 7+ years of experience in assessment design with advanced experience in competency-based education required.
Location: Hybrid in Salt Lake City, Utah; requires 4 days/week in office, 1 day remote
Compensation: $80,300 – $120,400 / annually
