Summary

Sr. Talent Advisor in Sales at Eightfold, responsible for recruiting top sales professionals and advising leadership on hiring strategies in a fast-paced, AI-driven technology environment. This hybrid role in Santa Clara, CA leverages expertise in talent acquisition to build strong pipelines and influence go-to-market organizational decisions.

Skills & Tools: 8+ years of sales recruiting and talent advisory experience with advanced sourcing strategies, candidate negotiation expertise, and strong executive communication skills. Ability to operate as both hands-on recruiter and strategic advisor in fast-paced environments with exposure to AI-driven recruiting workflows.
Qualifications: 8+ years in Sales Recruiting, Talent Advisory, or Executive Sourcing within high-growth technology companies with demonstrated expertise in candidate negotiation and employer branding. Experience with high-growth tech companies like Databricks, Scale AI, or Rippling, and exposure to AI-native or data/AI infrastructure organizations preferred.
Location: Hybrid in Santa Clara, California, United States; 3 days per week required in office
