Role Snapshot

Skills & Tools: Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in compensation benchmarking tools and HRIS systems (preferably Workday); excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and develop data-driven compensation strategies.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field required; minimum 8 years of progressive experience in compensation roles with expertise in both base and incentive compensation design and implementation.
Location: Remote - United States
Compensation: $110K–$145K/yr
