Skills & Tools: 10+ years in analytics architecture with expertise in data modeling, SQL scripting, Python or similar programming languages, and proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Strong business acumen, ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences, and experience in Agile/Scrum environments preferred.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 10+ years of enterprise analytics or data science experience and proven track record of delivering end-to-end analytics solutions. Strong business acumen and experience translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.

We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Principal Analytics Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, business-aligned analytics solutions. This role sits at the intersection of sophisticated analytics, data science, and enterprise strategy—distinct from traditional engineering or IT roles.

You’ll play a pivotal role in crafting our cloud-based data architecture, driving innovation, and delivering measurable business impact. If you’re passionate about building high-performance data solutions and collaborating across diverse teams to tackle complex challenges this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do

  • Architect enterprise-level analytics solutions that deliver value across revenue, operations, customer experience, and supply chain.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and analytics teams to translate opportunities into scalable data products and workflows.
  • Establish standard methodologies for transparency, reproducibility, and performance in advanced analytics.
  • Design and guide the deployment of forecasting, optimization, scoring, and simulation models.
  • Develop modular analytic assets that integrate seamlessly into platforms, products, and workflows.
  • Lead data integration efforts, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and reliability across sources.
  • Optimize performance and cost-efficiency of Snowflake and other cloud data platforms.
  • Mentor analytics professionals in scalable architecture, modeling, and deployment strategies.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and assess their relevance to our analytics strategy!

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in analytics architecture or data science roles within enterprise environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end analytics solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to distill and communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Expertise in data modeling, data processing, and SQL scripting (procedures, functions, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Python and/or other programming languages used in data engineering (e.g., Java, Scala).
  • Deep experience with the latest data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery) and multi-petabyte-scale systems.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and telemetry for data pipelines.
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and cloud-native data architectures.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standard processes.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with multi-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.

$138,000.00 - $190,000.00 USD
