Role Snapshot
Join Docebo as a Sales Compensation Manager to design and optimize compensation programs that motivate performance and align with business objectives in a fast-paced SaaS environment. This role serves as a critical bridge between go-to-market strategy and frontline execution within the Revenue Strategy & Operations team.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee compensation processes, policies, and SPIFF execution while maintaining communication with sales management across all levels. Conduct monthly GTM partner meetings, provision compensation tools, perform audits and generate reports, analyze commission data, and prepare evidence-based recommendations for leadership.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in sales compensation, financial analysis, and advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; ability to create compelling presentations and use data visualization tools; strong analytical and communication skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field with over 5 years of experience in a sales compensation or related role.
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Compensation: CA$100K–CA$130K/yr
