Lead the psychometrics and measurement strategy for Cambium Learning Group, overseeing the development and validation of educational assessment tools. This role directly impacts the quality and credibility of the company's testing and measurement products.
Skills & Tools: Expert knowledge of psychometric theory, assessment design, and statistical analysis with strong leadership and strategic planning abilities. Proficiency in measurement validation methodologies and experience communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications: Advanced degree (Ph.D. or M.S.) in psychometrics, psychology, educational measurement, or related field with 10+ years of experience in assessment development and psychometric leadership. Proven track record leading measurement initiatives in educational or corporate testing environments.
