Summary
YoungStar Coach for Shine Early Learning's Southeastern Wisconsin region, responsible for enhancing early childhood education quality through coaching, professional development, and data-driven support to improve child and family outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Promote Wisconsin's YoungStar program, collect and validate data for improvement goals, provide differentiated coaching support through in-person and virtual sessions, facilitate professional development, and ensure compliance with project deliverables across assigned programs.
Skills & Tools: Strong coaching skills in early childhood education, data analysis capabilities, experience in professional development delivery, and ability to provide differentiated and equitable support in both in-person and virtual settings.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required; master's degree preferred with 5+ years of relevant experience and state-required certifications.
Location: Remote from Wisconsin, United States, serving Southeastern region counties (Waukesha, Kenosha, Racine, Milwaukee) with up to 50% travel required.
Compensation: $59,444/year
