Financial Planning & Analysis Manager at Superhuman (Grammarly) who will serve as a trusted financial advisor to Sales leadership, driving growth through strategic forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance insights in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Key Responsibilities: Lead monthly forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for revenue and headcount; analyze sales and GTM metrics to identify growth opportunities; own performance dashboards and reporting frameworks; provide financial guidance on deals and strategic decisions.
Skills & Tools: Expert proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets with complex modeling capabilities; proficiency in SQL and data analytics; strong financial analysis and forecasting abilities; proven ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
Qualifications: 6+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience with 2+ years covering sales; Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Location: San Francisco, California
Compensation: $137K–$188K/yr
